- Ship Your Return: Please include your RMA number inside the package and send the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
